A Composition of Building Materials Containing Diatomite and illite
The present invention relates to a finishing material for construction containing diatomaceous earth and illite and coated with cypress extract. The configuration of the present invention is characterized in that a first mixture in which rice husk, which is sterilized, pulverized, compressed, and is in a grain form, loess powder, diatomaceous earth powder, charcoal powder and germanium powder are mixed, and a second mixture in which illite, elvan, biotite and nephrite are crushed to mix stones with a size of 5 mm to 20 mm, respectively, are mixed through a stirrer. In addition, a natural adhesive, which is prepared by mixing rice bran, glutinous rice and water, heating the same to 95℃ for a certain period of time, and cooling the same, is mixed with the first and second mixtures and is compressed with a compression roller according to the specific gravity of the finishing material for construction for solidification and molded, and the finishing material is heated to maintain the compressed state by an adhesive component of the finishing material for construction that is molded by heating to the temperature of 120℃ to 140℃ after coating the surface of the molded finishing material with cypress extract such that the form of the finishing material for construction for floors, walls, ceilings, and outdoor wall materials is configured. Accordingly, it is possible to control the natural humidity through the components of rice husk, loess, diatomaceous earth, and charcoal. In addition, harmful factors such as total volatile organic compounds and formaldehyde can be removed, and deodorizing and antibacterial functions are provided together. Also, there is almost no discoloration or deformation of the coating film through illite, biotite, and nephrite such that the present invention can provide not only finishing materials for construction, but also a pleasant and eco-friendly finishing material for construction that can be used as a finishing material for both interior and exterior.
본 발명은 규조토, 일라이트를 함유하고 편백추출액으로 코팅된 건축용 마감재에 관한 것으로서, 그 구성은 살균하여 분쇄 및 압착된 알갱이 형태의 왕겨, 황토분말, 규조토 분말, 숯 분말 및 게르마늄 분말이 혼합된 제 1 혼합물과 일라이트, 맥반석, 흑운모 및 연옥을 분쇄하여 각각 5mm 내지 20mm 크기의 석재가 혼합된 제 2 혼합물을 교반기 통해 혼합하고, 미강, 찹쌀 및 물을 혼합하여 95℃로 일정시간 가열하여 냉각시켜 준비된 천연 접착제를 제 1 혼합물과 제 2 혼합물과 혼합하여 고형화를 위해 건축용 마감재의 비중에 맞춰 압축 로울러로 압착하여 성형하고, 성형된 마감재 표면을 편백추출액으로 코팅한 후 120℃ ∼ 140℃의 온도로 가열하여 성형된 건축용 마감재의 접착성분에 의해 압축상태를 유지하기 위해 가열하여 바닥, 벽, 천정, 실외 벽재를 위한 건축용 마감재의 형태를 구성되는 것을 특징으로 한다. 이에 의해, 왕겨, 황토, 규조토, 숯의 성분을 통해 자연습도조절은 물론 총휘발성 유기화합물, 포름알데히드 등 유해요소의 제거, 탈취기능 및 항균기능 등을 함께 가지는 것은 물론 일라이트, 흑운모, 연옥를 통해 도막의 변색이나 변형이 거의 없어 건축 마감재뿐만 아니라, 내 외장용 마감재로도 사용할 수 있는 쾌적하면서도 친환경적인 건축마감재를 제공한다.
