Food Waste Treatment Apparatus
The present invention provides a food disposal apparatus, which comprises a grinding unit, a dehydrating unit, a connection pipe, a storage unit, and a discharge unit. The grinding unit includes a first chamber having a first inlet and a first outlet, a first drum rotatably provided inside the first chamber to store food, a first communication hole provided to pass through the first drum to communicate the inside of the first drum with the first chamber, and a blade rotatably provided inside the first drum to grind the food. The dehydrating unit includes a second chamber having a second inlet and a second outlet, a second drum rotatably provided inside the second chamber to store the food, and a second communication hole provided to pass through the second drum to communicate the inside of the second drum with the second chamber. The connection pipe is provided to connect the first outlet and the second inlet, and guides water and the food discharged from the first chamber to the second drum. The storage unit includes: a third chamber communicating with the connection pipe through a third inlet; a third outlet through which air inside the third chamber is discharged; and a storage body provided in the third chamber to provide a space for storing the food. The discharge unit moves the food inside the second drum to the third inlet by forming a current moving from the inside of the second drum toward the second inlet. The present invention can minimize the occurrence of odors due to spoilage of food.
