Cover for saw cutting groove of concrete floor
The present invention relates to a protective cover for a saw cutting groove on a concrete floor, which has a new configuration. The protective cover is inserted into the saw cutting groove formed to absorb shrinkage and expansion of the concrete floor such as a distribution center, a warehouse, and a parking lot to prevent damage to the upper edge portion of both side walls of the saw cutting groove, and looks luxurious with the decorated floor. The protective cover comprises: a cover body (10) including a head portion (12) having left and right widths formed wider than the left and right widths of the saw cutting groove (2), and extending long in a longitudinal direction, and a groove insertion portion (14) protruding downward from a bottom surface of the head portion (12) and is inserted into the saw cutting groove (2) formed on the concrete floor; and a cap (20) which has an insertion groove (22) having the head portion (12) inserted therein and formed on a bottom surface to be inserted into the head portion (12), and has left and right sides formed to extend long in the longitudinal direction so as to form shoulder portions (24, 26) seated around the saw cutting groove (2) on the concrete floor. When the groove insertion portion (14) of the cover body (10) is inserted into the saw cutting groove (2), the left and right shoulder portions (24, 26) of the cap (20) are seated around the saw cutting groove (2) on the concrete floor, such that the upper edge portion of the both side walls of the saw cutting groove (2) is covered.
본 발명은 물류센터, 창고, 주차장 등과 같은 콘크리트 바닥의 수축팽창을 흡수하도록 형성된 쏘우 커팅홈에 끼워져서 쏘우 커팅홈의 양 측벽 상단 모서리부위가 손상되는 것을 방지하며, 바닥이 장식되어 고급스러워 보이는 새로운 구성의 콘크리트 바닥의 쏘우 커팅홈 보호커버에 대한 것으로서, 좌우 폭이 상기 쏘우 커팅홈(2)의 좌우 폭 보다 넓게 형성되어 길이방향으로 길게 연장되는 헤드부(12)와, 상기 헤드부(12)의 저면에서 하향으로 돌출되어 콘크리트 바닥면에 형성된 쏘우 커팅홈(2)에 삽입되는 홈삽입부(14)를 포함하는 커버본체(10); 상기 헤드부(12)가 삽입되는 삽입홈(22)이 저면에 형성되어 상기 헤드부(12)에 끼워지며, 좌우 양측은 콘크리트 바닥면의 상기 쏘우 커팅홈(2) 둘레에 안착되는 숄더부(24,26)를 형성하도록 길이방향으로 길게 연장형성되는 캡(20);을 포함하며, 상기 커버본체(10)의 홈삽입부(14)를 쏘우 커팅홈(2)에 삽입시키면, 상기 캡(20)의 좌우 숄더부(24,26)가 콘크리트 바닥면의 상기 쇼우 커팅홈(2) 둘레에 안착되어, 상기 쏘우 커팅홈(2)의 양측벽 상단 모서리부위가 커버되는 것을 특징으로 하는 콘크리트 바닥의 쏘우 커팅홈 보호커버가 제공된다.

The present invention relates to a protective cover for a saw cutting groove on a concrete floor, which has a new configuration. When the groove insertion portion (14) of the cover body (10) is inserted into the saw cutting groove (2), the left and right shoulder portions (24, 26) of the cap (20) are seated around the saw cutting groove (2) on the concrete floor, such that the upper edge portion of the both side walls of the saw cutting groove (2) is covered.
