The present invention relates to an anti-deformed gabion. A frame-type support frame having the shape of a square frame is provided inside a mesh body. The frame-type support frame can support the load applied to a lower part when a plurality of gabion walls are stacked, and thus deformation or damage to the mesh body can be prevented. The frame-type support frame of the gabion walls stacked in the lower part receives most of the load of the gabion walls stacked in an upper part to support the load from the ground, and thus even if the mesh body of the gabion walls is damaged, the entire retaining wall can stand without collapsing. A plurality of frame-type support frames are provided, and a rod-type support frame is provided between the frame-type support frames to further support the load of the mesh body and easily attach and detach crane hooks during construction, thereby shortening construction time. The gabion walls are produced at a remote factory and the completed gabion walls are stacked and simply fixed at the site, and thus the production speed of the gabion walls can be increased and the construction speed at the site can also be increased. The anti-deformed gabion comprises: a mesh body having a hollow interior and for accommodating a lump made of stone or a synthetic resin; and a frame-type support frame accommodated inside the mesh body, and contacting both sides of the mesh body opposite to each other, and the inner side surfaces of the upper and lower surfaces thereof.
본 발명은, 망체의 내측에 사각 틀 형상의 액자형 지지 프레임이 구비되고, 개비온 벽체를 복수로 쌓아올릴 때 하부에 가해지는 하중을 액자형 지지 프레임이 지지할 수 있도록 함으로써, 망체의 변형 또는 파손을 방지할 수 있으며, 상부에 적재된 개비온 벽체의 하중 대부분을 하부에 적재된 개비온 벽체의 액자형 지지 프레임이 전달받아 지면으로부터 지지되므로, 어느 일 개비온 벽체의 망체가 파손되더라도, 옹벽체 전체가 무너지지 않고 버틸 수 있고, 액자형 지지 프레임이 복수로 구성되고 액자형 지지 프레임의 사이에 막대형 지지 프레임이 구비되어서, 망체의 하중을 더욱 지지함과 동시에 시공시에 크레인 고리의 탈착이 간편하여 시공 시간이 단축되며, 개비온 벽체를 원격지의 공장에서 생산하고 현장에서는 완성된 개비온 벽체를 쌓아올리고 간단히 고정하면 되므로, 개비온 벽체의 생산 속도가 상승되고 현장에서의 시공 속도 역시 상승되는 변형 방지 개비온에 관한 것으로서, 중공된 내부를 갖도록 구성되어 내부에 돌 또는 합성수지재로 이루어진 덩어리를 수용할 수 있도록 구성된 망체; 상기 망체의 내측에 수용되며, 상기 망체의 상호 대향되는 양 측면과 상부면 및 하부면의 내측면에 동시에 접하는 액자형 지지 프레임;을 포함한다.
The present invention relates to an anti-deformed gabion. A frame-type support frame having the shape of a square frame is provided inside a mesh body. The frame-type support frame can support the load applied to a lower part when a plurality of gabion walls are stacked, and thus deformation or damage to the mesh body can be prevented. The frame-type support frame of the gabion walls stacked in the lower part receives most of the load of the gabion walls stacked in an upper part to support the load from the ground, and thus even if the mesh body of the gabion walls is damaged, the entire retaining wall can stand without collapsing.
