MANUFACTURE METHOD OF LACQUERED CERAMICS AND LACQUERED CERAMICS MANUFACTURED BY THE METHOD
The present invention relates to a method for manufacturing lacquered ceramic and a lacquered ceramic manufactured thereby. According to the present invention, the method comprises: a pottery preparation stage of preparing a secondarily fired ceramic; a polishing step of polishing the surface of the prepared ceramic with sandpaper; a lacquering step of applying lacquer to the polished ceramic; a firing step of sintering the lacquered ceramic at 150 to 170℃ for 3 to 5 hours at a low temperature; a cooling step of cooling the fired ceramic at room temperature for 20 to 30 hours; and a final firing step of low-temperature firing the cooled ceramic at 150 to 170℃ for 3 to 5 hours. Accordingly, the method provides a lacquered ceramic having excellent antibacterial, antifungal, antifungal, deodorizing, sterilizing, waterproof, moisture-proof, insulating, and far-infrared radiation effects, having excellent strength, and having good durability.
본 발명은 옻칠 도자기의 제조방법 및 그 방법에 의한 옻칠 도자기에 관한 것으로, 더욱 상세하게는 재벌된 도자기를 준비하는 도자기 준비단계와, 상기 준비된 도자기의 표면을 샌드페이퍼로 연마하는 연마단계와, 상기 연마된 도자기에 옻을 칠하는 옻칠단계와, 상기 옻칠된 도자기를 150~170℃로 3~5시간 저온소성하는 소성단계와, 상기 소성된 도자기를 실온에서 20~30시간 냉각하는 냉각단계와, 상기 냉각된 도자기를 150~170℃로 3~5시간 저온소성하는 최종소성단계를 포함하는 것을 특징으로 한다. 본 발명에 의하면, 항균, 항곰팡이, 항충, 탈취, 살균, 방수, 방습, 절연 및 원적외선 방사 효과가 우수하고, 강도 역시 우수하여 내구성이 좋은 옻칠 도자기를 제공할 수 있다는 장점이 있다.
