The present invention relates to room temperature hardening lacquered fiber, and more specifically to a structure of the lacquered fiber in which a painted surface has a variety of colors by using an improved lacquer that can be cured at room temperature on organic polymer fibers, and the surface thereof is beautiful. No components of the lacquered fiber are harmful to the human body so that the painted surface has insect-repellent, antibacterial, and sterilizing functions due to a lacquer film. The lacquered fiber is manufactured through spray coating, can be manufactured into a flexible ventilation membrane through a fiber weaving process, and can be applied to an insect repellent auxiliary door by using the ventilation membrane.
본 발명은 상온경화형옻칠한 옻칠섬유에 관한 것으로, 더욱 상세히는 유기고분자섬유에 상온에서 경화가 가능한 개량옻칠을 사용함으로서 도장면이 다양한 색을 가지고, 표면이 미려하고, 인체에 유해한 성분이 없으면, 옻칠막으로 인해서 방충성,항균성, 살균성 기능을 가지는 옻칠섬유의 구조에 관한 것이다. 옻칠섬유는 스프레이 코팅을 통해서 제조하며 섬유직조과정을 통해서 유연성을 가지는 통기막으로 제조할 수 있고, 이 통기막을 이용하여 방충 보조문에 적용이 가능하다.
