Balcony definitive living room window frame structure
The present invention relates to a balcony definitive type living room window frame structure, which allows everyone to easily and variably move and install a living room window frame to a balcony and a living room for allowing a resident to convert the balcony into the living room in an apartment house, a detached house, or mixed-use dwelling for an increase of space utilization. The present invention comprises: a rectangular upper and lower rails installed and fixated into a ceiling slab and a floor slab from a portion where the balcony starts and a portion where a balcony window frame is installed; and a number of two groups of a pair of foldable living room window frames which are integrated and connected and fixated to be movable along a track through a rotary roller hinge along the rectangular upper and lower rails.
본 발명은 거주자가 공간활용 증대를 위해 공동 주택이나, 단독 주택 또는 주상복합주택에서 발코니를 거실로 전용하는데 있어 가변적으로 거실 창틀을 발코니와 거실로 누구나 손쉽게 이동 설치할 수 있도록 한 발코니 확정형 거실 창틀 구조에 관한 것이다. 본 발명은 발코니가 시작되는 부위로부터 발코니 창틀이 설치되어 있는 부위까지의 천장 슬라브와 바닥 슬라브 내에 설치 고정 되어 있는 "ㅁ"형 상,하부 레일과; 상기, "ㅁ"형 상,하부 레일을 따라 회동 롤러 힌지를 통해 궤도 이동이 가능하게 연결 고정되어 있는 2조 한쌍의 접이식 거실 창틀 수개를 일체로 포함하여 구성됨을 특징으로 한다.
