SUPPORT FOR PREFABRICATED WATER TANK
The present invention relates to a support which separates a bottom frame supporting a bottom wall of a prefabricated water tank from the bottom surface of an installation place by a prescribed distance to support the bottom frame and, more specifically, to a support for a prefabricated water tank which quickly assembles and couples a bottom frame and stably supports the bottom frame and a rectangular panel above the bottom frame to have excellent structural stability against a hydrostatic pressure and a seismic load. According to the present invention, the support for a prefabricated water tank including a bottom wall, a sidewall, and a ceiling wall formed by assembling and connecting rectangular panels consisting of a flat unit and a flange unit vertically connected along four edges of the flat unit, and a bottom frame arm constructed by arranging angles in a horizontal direction and a vertical direction and supporting the bottom wall supports a portion on which the angles of the bottom frame meet and comprises: a leg placed on a bottom; a support plate provided on an upper portion of the leg; a coupling part penetrating the support plate, wherein a lower portion thereof is fixed on the leg, and the angles are coupled to an upper portion thereof; and a support part wherein a lower portion thereof is fixed on the leg, and an upper portion thereof supports the support plate.
본 발명은 조립식 물탱크의 바닥벽을 지지하는 바닥프레임을 설치장소의 바닥면에서 일정거리 이격되어 받치는 받침대에 관한 것으로서, 보다 상세하게는 바닥프레임이 신속하게 조립결합되고, 바닥프레임과 그 위의 사각패널을 안정적으로 지지하여 정수압과 지진하중에 구조적인 안정성이 뛰어난 조립식 물탱크용 받침대에 관한 것이다. 본 발명에 따른 조립식 물탱크용 받침대는 평면부와 상기 평면부의 사변을 따라 수직하게 연결되는 플렌지부로 구성되는 사각패널들이 조립연결되어 형성하는 바닥벽, 측벽 및 천장벽; 앵글들이 가로방향과 세로방향으로 배열되어 구성되며 상기 바닥벽을 지지하는 바닥프레임;을 포함하는 조립식 물탱크에서, 상기 바닥프레임의 앵글들이 만나는 부위를 받치는 조립식 물탱크용 받침대에 있어서, 바닥에 놓이는 다리와, 상기 다리의 상부에 구비되는 지지플레이트와, 상기 지지플레이트를 관통하며, 하부는 상기 다리에 고정되고, 상부에는 상기 앵글이 결합되는 결합편과, 하부는 상기 다리에 고정되고, 상부는 상기 지지플레이트를 지지하는 지지편을 포함하여 이루어진다.

The present invention relates to a support which separates a bottom frame supporting a bottom wall of a prefabricated water tank from the bottom surface of an installation place by a prescribed distance to support the bottom frame and, more specifically, to a support for a prefabricated water tank which quickly assembles and couples a bottom frame and stably supports the bottom frame and a rectangular panel above the bottom frame to have excellent structural stability against a hydrostatic pressure and a seismic load.
