PREFABRICATED WATER TANK
The present invention relates to a prefabricated water tank having an earthquake-proof function, ensuring structural stability even if an earthquake load (horizontal support force) or a usual hydrostatic pressure is applied thereto, and, particularly, preventing movement, falling, and the like of the water tank due to the seismic load applied in a traverse direction by rapidly distributing stresses, applied to sidewalls of the water tank, to support a floor plate when coupled vibration is generated due to a flow of water by an earthquake. To achieve the purpose, the present invention provides a prefabricated water tank, forming a bottom plate, walls and a ceiling by coupling a plurality of rectangular panels, each of which includes a planar part and a flange part bent and connected outwardly along four sides of the planar part, mutually thereto, which includes an earthquake-proof support assembly supporting the lower surface of a bottom rectangular panel, wherein the earthquake-proof support assembly includes: a support supporting first flange parts forming respective corner portions of the bottom rectangular panel; and a brace support member provided with a horizontal support part supporting a first planar part of the bottom rectangular panel and a brace part coupled to be inclined downwardly in an outer diagonal direction toward each support from the horizontal support part being coupled to an outer surface of the support.
본 발명은 평상 시 정수압뿐만 아니라, 지진하중(수평지지력)에도 구조적인 안전성을 보장하고, 특히 지진에 의한 용수의 유동으로 연성진동이 발생할 때 물탱크의 측벽에 작용하는 응력을 바닥판의 받침대들로 빠르게 분산시켜 해소함으로써, 횡방향으로 작용하는 지진하중으로 인해 물탱크의 이동, 전도 등이 발생하는 것을 방지할 수 있는 내진 기능을 갖는 조립식 물탱크에 관한 것이다. 상기와 같은 목적을 달성하기 위하여, 본 발명에 따른 조립식 물탱크는, 평면부와 상기 평면부의 사변을 따라 외측으로 절곡 연결된 플랜지부로 구성된 다수개의 사각패널들이 상호 결합되어, 바닥판과 벽체 및 천장을 이루는 조립식 물탱크에 있어서, 바닥 사각패널의 저면을 받치는 내진 받침대 어셈블리를 포함하고, 상기 내진 받침대 어셈블리는, 바닥 사각패널의 각 코너부위를 형성하는 제1 플랜지부들을 받치는 받침대 및 상기 바닥 사각패널의 제1 평면부를 받치는 수평 지지부와, 상기 수평 지지부에서 각 받침대를 향해 외측 대각선 방향으로 하향 경사지게 결합되어 받침대의 외면에 결합되는 브레이스부를 구비한 브레이스 받침부재를 포함하는 것을 특징으로 한다.
