Multifunctional Brick Type Solar Collector and Construction Method Thereof
The present invention relates to an exterior material type solar collector, capable of simultaneously serving as a building exterior material and a solar thermal collector, and to a construction method thereof. The exterior material type solar collector of the present invention comprises: a metal panel which is provided on the outside of a finishing material of a building in a form of a plate to form an outer wall of the building and absorbs a solar heat; a heat pipe which is in contact with and fixed to the rear surface of the metal panel and absorbs a heat of the metal panel by a working fluid circulating therein; and a manifold provided on one side of the metal panel and connected to one side of the heat pipe to transfer the heat of the heat pipe to the outside and to cool the heat pipe. According to the disclosed exterior material type solar heat collector, damage can be prevented while achieving a beautiful effect.
본 발명은 건물의 외장재의 역할과 태양열 집열기의 역할을 동시에 할 수 있는 외장재형 태양열 집열기 및 이의 시공방법에 관한 것으로, 플레이트 형태로, 건물의 마감재 외측에 마련되어 건물의 외벽을 형성하며, 태양열을 흡수하는 금속패널과, 상기 금속패널의 후면에 접촉 및 고정되며, 내부를 순환하는 작동유체에 의해 상기 금속패널의 열을 흡수하는 히트파이프 및 상기 금속패널 일측에 마련되며, 내부에 상기 히트파이프 일측이 접속되어 상기 히트파이프의 열을 외부로 전달 및 히트파이프를 냉각시키는 매니폴드를 포함하여 미려한 효과를 도모하면서도 파손을 방지할 수 있는 외장재형 태양열 집열기 및 이의 시공방법이 개시된다.
