A Guard Device Preventing Objects On A Roof From Falling
The present invention relates to a guard device for preventing objects on a roof from falling, which is mounted on a roof provided with a plurality of standing shims each having a head portion in an upper portion thereof. The guard device comprises: a plurality of shim coupling portions coupled to each standing shim and spaced apart from each other; and a guard bar provided to be inserted into the shim coupling portions. The shim coupling portions each include: a first plate and a second plate provided to face each other in a width direction with each standing shim therebetween; and a fastening means for fastening the first plate and the second plate. The first plate has a recessed portion formed toward the second plate by having a protrusion portion distanced from the second plate, and has an inclined portion provided below the recessed portion and downward toward the second plate. When the fastening means is fastened, the inclined portion upwardly presses a lower portion of the head portion. Therefore, the guard device can prevent a bracket from slipping down.
