The present invention relates to a device for preventing bird nest formation on a telephone pole, wherein when a bird sits on an access prevention cover, an elevating member rotates and descends along a male gear of an elevating guide member due to the bird's own weight to make the bird lose its balance, when the bird loses its balance and flies, the access prevention cover is restored by the restoring force of a spring, thereby fundamentally blocking the access of the bird, and when a rotor blade rotates by the wind and the bird sits on the access prevention cover at the same time, the access prevention cover descends due to the bird's own weight, to rotate a vertical rotation member and the rotor blade in a vertical direction, so that an impact, even if the bird puts a nesting member on the vertical rotation member or the rotor blade, is applied to the nesting member to be fallen to the ground.
본 발명은 조류가 접근방지커버에 앉을 경우 조류의 자체 하중에 의해 승강부재가 승강안내부재의 수기어를 따라 회전하면서 하강하게 되어 조류의 중심을 잃게 하고, 조류가 중심을 잃고 날아갈 경우 스프링의 복원력에 의해 복원되므로 조류의 접근을 원천적으로 차단하고, 바람에 의해 회전날개가 회전함과 동시에 조류가 접근방지커버에 앉을 경우 조류의 자체 하중으로 접근방지커버가 하강하면서 수직회전부재와 회전날개를 상,하로 회전시키므로 조류가 수직회전부재나 회전날개에 둥지 조성부재를 올려놓더라도 둥지 조성부재에 충격을 주어 지면으로 떨어지도록 하는 전신주의 조류 둥지 조성 방지장치에 관한 것이다.
