The present invention relates to an exterior panel assembly for construction, which can be evenly applied to exterior finishing of a building, from small to large, and can guarantee structural safety against strong wind and stable waterproof performance. In order to solve the above subject, the present invention provides the exterior panel assembly for construction, in which an exterior panel comprises: a base plate having a predetermined width and length; a first coupling part having one end integrally formed with one end of the base plate and the other end having a predetermined length in a vertical direction; and a second coupling part having one end integrally formed along the other end of the base plate and the other end having a predetermined length in a vertical direction, wherein an elastic support part with a free end bent upward at a predetermined angle is formed at the other end of the first coupling part, a standing seam part folded so as to surround the elastic support part is formed at the other end of the second coupling part, a sealing tape is attached to the elastic support part along the length, and when a plurality of the exterior panel assemblies are arranged to be mutually assembled, a space between the upper surface of the elastic support part of one side external panel assembly and the bottom surface of the standing seam part of another side exterior panel assembly is sealed by mutual close contact through the sealing tape.
본 발명은 소형에서부터 대형에 이르기까지 건축물의 외부 마감에 고르게 적용할 수 있고, 강풍에 대한 구조적 안전성과 안정적인 방수 성능을 담보할 수 있는 건축용 외장패널 조립체에 관한 것이다. 상기의 과제를 해결하기 위한 본 발명에 따른 건축용 외장패널 조립체는, 외장패널이 소정 폭과 길이를 가지는 베이스플레이트; 일단이 상기 베이스플레이트의 일단에 일체로 형성되면서 타단이 수직 방향으로 소정 길이를 가지도록 형성되는 제1 결합부; 및 일단이 상기 베이스플레이트의 타단을 따라 일체로 형성되면서 타단이 수직 방향으로 소정 길이를 가지도록 형성되는 제2 결합부를 포함하고, 상기 제1 결합부의 타단에는, 자유단이 소정 각도로 상향 경사지게 절곡되는 탄성지지부가 형성되고, 상기 제2 결합부의 타단에는, 상기 탄성지지부를 감싸도록 접어지는 거멀접이부가 형성되며, 상기 탄성지지부에는, 길이를 따라 실링테이프가 부착되고, 상기 외장패널 조립체가 복수 개 배열되어 상호 조립될 때, 일측 상기 외장패널 조립체의 상기 탄성지지부 상면과 인접하여 위치되는 또 다른 상기 외장패널 조립체의 상기 거멀접이부 저면 사이의 공간이 상기 실링테이프를 통해 상호 밀착되어 실링되도록 구성되는 것을 특징으로 한다.
