WORKING DEVICE OF CONSTRUCTION MACHINERY
The present invention relates to a working machine of construction machinery and, more specifically, to a working machine of construction machinery including a boom for lifting a selector, a boom cylinder lifting the boom, a crank cylinder tilting the selector, and a link unit implementing a tilting operation of the selector through the crank cylinder which is hydraulically operated. The link unit includes: a bell crank rotated around a hinge bracket by the predetermined angle due to the operation of the crank cylinder; and a link implementing the tilting operation of the selector by converting the rotation force of the bell crank into a linear motion around the boom combined with a lower side of the back of the selector. The link is a length-variable link, so it can be varied in length in accordance with work characteristics to vary the stroke angle of the selector. Therefore, the present invention is capable of increasing the evacuation force of the selector.
본 발명은 건설기계의 작업장치에 관한 것으로서, 선택장치를 승강시키기 위한 붐과, 상기 붐을 승강 구동시키는 붐 실린더와, 상기 선택장치를 틸팅 구동시키는 크랭크 실린더와, 유압으로 작동하는 상기 크랭크 실린더에 의하여 상기 선택장치의 틸팅 작동을 구현 링크 유닛을 포함하는 건설기계의 작업장치로서, 상기 링크 유닛은, 상기 크랭크 실린더의 작동에 의해 힌지브라켓을 회전축으로 하여 일정 각도로 회전하는 벨 크랭크; 및 상기 선택장치의 배면 하측에 결합된 붐을 회전축으로 하여 상기 벨 크랭크의 회전력을 직선 운동으로 변환시켜 상기 선택장치의 틸팅 작동을 구현하는 링크를 포함하고, 상기 링크는, 길이가 가변되는 가변형 링크이며, 작업 특성에 따라 길이를 가변시켜 상기 선택장치의 행정 각도를 다르게 하는 것을 특징으로 한다.
