The present invention relates to a modular rack for beam installation. In accordance with a purpose of the present invention, a modular rack in which a duct, a cable tray and a pipe are fixed is premanufactured in a factory, and then, can be easily installed on a ceiling surface in a site, and, in particular, the modular rack can be easily installed on a beam. To achieve the purpose, the modular rack for beam installation includes: a beam having flanges on upper and lower sides with respect to a web, and fixed to a ceiling surface; a beam fixing part placed on the upper flange at regular intervals to fix the beam to the ceiling; a modular rack placed in a lower part of the beam, and including a longitudinal frame, a transverse frame, and a vertical frame, in which a duct, a cable tray and a pipe can be fixed; and a modular rack transfer fixing part installed at an end of the vertical frame of the modular rack, and transferring the modular rack to the lower flange of the beam, and then, making the modular rack fixed. The pipe combined with the modular rack is combined with the modular rack through a pipe clamp, wherein the pipe clamp includes a U-band surrounding the outer surface of the pipe, a bending part integrated with both ends of the U-band and supported by a channel of the modular rack, and a pipe fixing bolt fixing the bending part and the channel of the modular rack.
본 발명은 빔설치용 랙모듈러에 관한 것으로, 그목적은, 내부에 덕트, 케이블트레이 및 배관이 고정되어지는 랙모듈러를 사전에 공장에서 제작한 후 현장 천정면에 용이하게 설치하도록 하며, 특히, 빔 상에 용이하게 랙모듈러를 설치하도록 하는 빔설치용 랙모듈러를 제공함에 있다. 이는 웨브를 중심으로 상하측에 플랜지가 구비되고, 천정면에 고정되는 빔; 상기 빔을 천정에 고정하기 위하여 상기 상측 플랜지에 일정간격으로 배치되는 빔고정부; 상기 빔의 하부에 배치되고, 내부에 덕트, 케이블트레이 및 배관이 고정되도록 종방향프레임, 횡방향프레임 및 수직프레임을 포함하는 랙모듈러; 및 상기 랙모듈러의 수직프레임의 단부에 설치되고, 상기 빔의 하측 플랜지에 상기 랙모듈러를 이송 후 고정되도록 하는 랙모듈러 이송고정부를 포함하며, 상기 랙모듈러에 결합되는 배관은, 배관클램프로 상기 랙모듈러에 결합하되, 상기 배관클램프는, 배관의 외면을 감싸도록 하는 유밴드와, 상기 유밴드의 양단에 일체로 형성되고 상기 랙모듈러의 채널에 지지되는 절곡부와, 상기 절곡부와 상기 랙모듈러의 채널을 고정하는 배관고정볼트를 포함하는 것이다.
