One touch clip for wall fixing
The present invention is to provide a one touch clip for wall fixation, comprising: a base plate composed of a metal plate with a rectangular shape; and a clip unit extending from opposite ends of the base plate so as to be spaced apart at a predetermined interval from an upper and a lower part of the base plate and formed to protrude from a front surface thereof. The clip unit includes: a pair of extension parts extending to be inclined from opposite ends of the base plate such that a width gets gradually narrower; a pair of pressing parts formed at end portions of the extension parts while being in contact with each other; and opening parts extending from the pressing parts while extending to be inclined such that a width gets gradually wider. A pair of embossing type protrusion parts are formed at the upper and the lower part of the front surface of the base plate. The present invention provides the one touch clip for wall fixation, which is firmly installed on a pillar frame through a rotating method by being provided with a pair of embossing type protrusion parts and is freely attached to and detached from an inner/outer wall structure by means of the clip unit formed to protrude from the central portion of the front surface, to prevent a deflection phenomenon of the inner/outer wall structure caused by an external force or a weight of the inner/outer wall structure and also to firmly fixate the inner/outer wall structure to the pillar frame by the clip unit, thereby expecting a cost saving effect in accordance with minimization of installation members and enhancement of work efficiency in accordance with shortening of construction time.
본 발명은 직사각형상의 금속판으로 이루어진 기초판; 상기 기초판의 상하부와 소정간격 이격되도록 양단에 연장되어 전면에 돌출형성되는 클립부;로 구성되어 지되, 상기 클립부는 폭이 점차 좁아지도록 기초판의 양단으로부터 경사지게 연장된 한 쌍의 연장부와, 상기 연장부의 말단에 형성되되 서로 접촉이 이루어지는 한 쌍의 가압부와, 상기 가압부로부터 연장되되 폭이 점차 넓어지도록 경사지게 연장된 열림부로 구성되고; 상기 기초판의 전면 상하부에는 한 쌍의 엠보싱 형태의 돌기부가 형성되도록 구성되는 벽체고정용 원터치 클립을 제공하기 위한 것으로, 본 발명은 엠보싱 형태의 한 쌍의 돌기부를 구비하여 회동방식을 통해 지주프레임에 견고하게 설치되고 전면 중심부에 돌출형성된 클립부에 의해 내외부 벽체의 탈부착이 자유롭게 이루어지는 벽체고정용 원터치 클립을 제공함으로써 내외부 벽체가 외력 또는 자중에 의해 처지는 현상을 방지할 뿐더러 상기 클립부에 의해 내외부 벽체를 지주프레임에 견고하게 고정함으로써 설치부재의 최소화에 따른 원가절감의 효과와 시공시간의 단축에 따른 작업효율의 향상을 기대할 수 있도록 하는 매우 유용한 발명인 것이다.
