PVC Glass fiber laminated PVC foam sound insulation floorboard
In accordance with the present invention, provided is a PVC-foam sound insulation floor plate laminated with glass fibers, capable of reducing a floor noise and improving walking comfort through a PVC foam layer attached to a lower part of a woody layer, and preventing a distortion or deformation between different types of materials, which is caused by a temperature change, through a glass fiber layer placed between the woody layer and an eco-friendly PVC foam layer. In accordance with the present invention, the PVC-foam sound insulation floor plate laminated with glass fibers includes: plywood made by bonding veneers; a surface decoration material bonded to an upper part of the plywood through an EVA adhesive; a second glass fiber layer placed in a lower part of the plywood; and a PVC foam layer placed and bonded in a lower part of the second glass fiber layer, and manufactured by foaming PVC. The second glass fiber layer and the PVC foam layer are bonded to the lower part of the plywood through the EVA adhesive.
본 발명은, 목질층의 하부에 PVC 발포층을 부착하여 층간소음을 감소시키고 보행감을 개선하며, 목질층과 친환경 PVC 발포층사이에 유리섬유층을 배치하여 온도변화에 따라 발생하게 되는 이종(異種) 재료간 뒤틀림이나 변형을 방지할 수 있는, 유리섬유가 적층된 PVC 발포 차음 마루판을 제공하기 위한 것이다. 본 발명에 따른 유리섬유가 적층된 PVC 발포 차음 마루판은, 베니어(veneer)를 접착시켜 만들어진 합판: 합판 상부에 EVA 접착제를 사용하여 부착시킨 표면치장재; 합판 하부에 배치되는 제2 유리섬유층; 제2 유리섬유층 하부에 배치되어 접착되며, PVC를 발포시켜서 제조된 PVC 발포층을 포함하여 구성되고, 제2 유리섬유층 및 PVC 발포층을 EVA 접착제를 사용하여 합판의 하부에 부착시켜 구성된다.
