PRECAST HOLLOW BEAM AND CONSTRUCTION METHOD THEREOF
The present invention relates to a precast hollow beam and a construction method thereof, wherein the precast hollow beam is manufactured without large-scale equipment in a method of coupling an upper hollow unit and a lower plate with each other with reinforced concrete in advance at a factory, and is applied to a column-beam structure. The precast hollow beam comprises: the upper hollow unit which is prefabricated with an inverted U-shape cross-section with an open lower part while comprising an upper plate and both lateral plates; and a lower plate which is integrated between both lateral plates of the upper hollow unit by setting both lateral plates of the upper hollow unit on an upper surface of a floor plate mold and placing lower plate concrete (C2).
공장에서 미리 철근콘크리트로 상부중공부와 하부판을 서로 결합시키는 방식으로 대규모 설비없이 프리캐스트 중공보를 제작하여 기둥-보 구조물에 적용할 수 있는 프리캐스트 중공보 및 그 시공방법에 관한 것으로서, 상기 프리캐스트 중공보는 상부판과 양 측판을 포함하여 역 U형 단면으로서 하부가 개방되도록 미리 제작된 상부중공부; 및 상기 상부중공부의 양 측판을 바닥판몰드 상면에 세팅하고, 하부판콘크리트(C2)를 타설하여, 상부중공부의 양 측판 사이에 일체화된 하부판;을 포함한다.
