METHOD FOR MANUFACTURING CONSTRUCTION MATERIAL USING WASTE URETHANE AND SANDWICH PANEL CONTAINING CONSTRUCTION MATERIAL MANUFACTURED USING WASTE URETHANE
Disclosed are a method for manufacturing a building material using waste urethane and a sandwich panel containing a building material manufactured by using waste urethane. According to the present invention, the method for manufacturing a building material using waste urethane comprises the steps of: pulverizing waste urethane to obtain a primary pulverized product; selecting particles of the first pulverized product and pulverizing the particles to obtain a second pulverized product; mixing cement, loess, gypsum, and pulp with the secondary pulverized product to obtain a primary mixture; and mixing an antibacterial agent, a waterproofing agent and an adhesive to the primary mixture to obtain a secondary mixture. Accordingly, it is possible to improve the non-combustible performance, strength, sound absorption performance and thermal insulation performance of building materials, as well as facilitate humidity control.
개시되는 폐우레탄을 이용한 건축재의 제조 방법 및 폐우레탄을 이용하여 제조된 건축재를 포함하는 샌드위치 패널은, 폐우레탄을 분쇄하여 1차 분쇄물을 수득하는 단계; 상기 1차 분쇄물의 입자를 선별한 후 분쇄하여 2차 분쇄물을 수득하는 단계; 상기 2차 분쇄물에 시멘트, 황토, 석고 및 펄프를 혼합하여 1차 혼합물을 수득하는 단계; 및 상기 1차 혼합물에 항균제, 방수제 및 접착제를 혼합하여 2차 혼합물을 수득하는 단계;를 포함함으로써, 건축재의 불연성능, 강도, 흡음성능 및 단열성능을 향상시킬 수 있을 뿐만 아니라 습도조절을 용이하게 할 수 있다.
