The disclosed invention relates to a soundproof panel having an anti-reflection function that is transparent but can prevent light reflection so that nearby residents or motorists do not suffer from glare by light reflected from the soundproof wall. The soundproof panel having an anti-reflection function according to one embodiment includes a base layer and an anti-reflection layer formed on one surface of the base layer, wherein the anti-reflection layer consists of a plurality of projection and contains anti-glare particles.
