Combined structure of non removing form and hory beam
The present invention relates to a non-dismantlable mold and Hory beam (concrete slab support beam) combination structure including a lower plate, a first side plate having a lower end part fixed to one side of the lower plate to be stood on the one side of the lower plate, and a second side plate having a lower end part fixed to the other side of the lower plate to be stood on the other side of the lower plate while placed to face the first side plate. The first side plate includes a first side plate upper-bending part having an upper part bent toward the second side plate, and a Hory beam fixing member including a mold combination part combined to be in tight contact on the first side plate upper-bent part, and a fixing member bending part bending a distal end, from the second side plate, of the mold combination part upward. The Hory beam includes a Hory beam horizontal part of a flat structure placed in tight contact on the fixing member bending part, and a Hory beam bending part bent downward from one side of the Hory beam horizontal part to be extended while coming in tight contact with an inner side of the fixing member bending part. Therefore, as the Hory beam is engaged and combined with the Hory beam fixing member installed on a side plate of a non-dismantlable mold, the Hory beam can be conveniently combined with the non-dismantlable mold.
본 발명은 하면판, 하단부가 상기 하면판의 일측에 고정됨으로써 상기 하면판의 일측에 세워지는 제1측면판, 하단부가 상기 하면판의 타측에 고정됨으로써 상기 하면판의 타측에 세워지되, 상기 제1측면판과 마주보도록 배치되는 제2측면판을 포함하는 무해체 거푸집과 호리빔(Hory Beam) 결합구조에 있어서, 상기 제1측면판은, 상부가 상기 제2측면판 방향으로 절곡되어 있는 제1측면판 상부절곡부를 포함하고, 상기 제1측면판 상부절곡부 상에 밀착되도록 결합되는 거푸집 결합부, 상기 거푸집 결합부 중에서 상기 제2측면판과 더 멀리 떨어진 단부가 상방으로 절곡되어 있는 고정부재 절곡부를 포함하는 호리빔 고정부재를 포함하고, 상기 호리빔은, 상기 고정부재 절곡부 상에 밀착되도록 배치되는 평평한 구조의 호리빔 수평부 및 상기 호리빔 수평부의 일측에서 아래쪽으로 절곡되어 연장되면서 상기 고정부재 절곡부의 내측과 밀착되는 호리빔 절곡부를 포함하는 무해체 거푸집과 호리빔 결합구조를 제공한다. 따라서 무해체 거푸집의 측면판 상에 설치되어 있는 호리빔 고정부재에 걸림 결합시킴으로써 간편하게 호리빔을 무해체 거푸집과 결합할 수 있다.

본 발명은 하면판, 하단부가 상기 하면판의 일측에 고정됨으로써 상기 하면판의 일측에 세워지는 제1측면판, 하단부가 상기 하면판의 타측에 고정됨으로써 상기 하면판의 타측에 세워지되, 상기 제1측면판과 마주보도록 배치되는 제2측면판을 포함하는 무해체 거푸집과 호리빔(Hory Beam) 결합구조에 있어서, 상기 제1측면판은, 상부가 상기 제2측면판 방향으로 절곡되어 있는 제1측면판 상부절곡부를 포함하고, 상기 제1측면판 상부절곡부 상에 밀착되도록 결합되는 거푸집 결합부, 상기 거푸집 결합부 중에서 상기 제2측면판과 더 멀리 떨어진 단부가 상방으로 절곡되어 있는 고정부재 절곡부를 포함하는 호리빔 고정부재를 포함하고, 상기 호리빔은, 상기 고정부재 절곡부 상에 밀착되도록 배치되는 평평한 구조의 호리빔 수평부 및 상기 호리빔 수평부의 일측에서 아래쪽으로 절곡되어 연장되면서 상기 고정부재 절곡부의 내측과 밀착되는 호리빔 절곡부를 포함하는 무해체 거푸집과 호리빔 결합구조를 제공한다. 따라서 무해체 거푸집의 측면판 상에 설치되어 있는 호리빔 고정부재에 걸림 결합시킴으로써 간편하게 호리빔을 무해체 거푸집과 결합할 수 있다.
