Brake system and control method thereof
The present invention relates to a brake system and a control method thereof. The brake system according to the present invention generates a braking force for a traveling unit of a construction vehicle. The brake system of the present invention comprises: a sensor unit for detecting a working status of the construction vehicle; and a vehicle control unit configured to receive information about the working status from the sensor unit and adjust a braking force generated in the traveling unit. The vehicle control unit may adjust the braking force according to at least one of a traveling speed and a height of center of gravity of the construction vehicle when the driving direction of the construction vehicle is reversed.
본 발명에 따른 브레이크 시스템은 건설차량의 주행부에 제동력을 발생시키는 것으로서, 상기 건설차량의 작업 상태를 감지하는 센서부; 및 상기 센서부로부터 작업 상태에 대한 정보를 수신하여 상기 주행부에 발생하는 제동력을 조절하는 차량 제어부를 포함하며, 상기 차량 제어부는, 상기 건설차량의 주행 방향이 역전될 때, 주행 속력 및 상기 건설차량의 무게 중심 높이 중 적어도 하나에 따라 상기 제동력을 조절하는 것일 수 있다.
Brake system and control method thereof
The present invention relates to a brake system and a control method thereof. The brake system according to the present invention generates a braking force for a traveling unit of a construction vehicle. The brake system of the present invention comprises: a sensor unit for detecting a working status of the construction vehicle; and a vehicle control unit configured to receive information about the working status from the sensor unit and adjust a braking force generated in the traveling unit. The vehicle control unit may adjust the braking force according to at least one of a traveling speed and a height of center of gravity of the construction vehicle when the driving direction of the construction vehicle is reversed.
본 발명에 따른 브레이크 시스템은 건설차량의 주행부에 제동력을 발생시키는 것으로서, 상기 건설차량의 작업 상태를 감지하는 센서부; 및 상기 센서부로부터 작업 상태에 대한 정보를 수신하여 상기 주행부에 발생하는 제동력을 조절하는 차량 제어부를 포함하며, 상기 차량 제어부는, 상기 건설차량의 주행 방향이 역전될 때, 주행 속력 및 상기 건설차량의 무게 중심 높이 중 적어도 하나에 따라 상기 제동력을 조절하는 것일 수 있다.
