The present invention relates to a hinge for a pull down door and, more specifically, to a hinge for a pull down door, wherein a locking state can be maintained without power by a key door while a door is closed in the mechanism for the pull down door, which allows a user to pull down and open the door. The hinge for a pull down door according to the present invention comprises: a main body frame installed on a main body of a mechanism where a door is arranged; a housing installed on the door and having one side connected to the main body frame to rotate; a link unit connected to the main body frame by a rivet and including a link rotating on the rivet when the door turns to move linearly inside the housing and a link rod connected to the link to move linearly inside the housing; an elastic member inserted into the link rod inside the housing; a main rod having one side connected to the link rod inside the housing and the other side including a groove formed inward on an upper surface and protrusion units formed to protrude upward and from the other side to both sides; and a key door including a central portion connected to the other side of the housing by means of a rivet to be able to rotate, a key having one side formed to protrude outside of the housing from the central portion and the other side rotating along a groove of the main rod, a straight line hooking unit formed in parallel to a direction of one side of the key from the central unit and formed to come in contact with a protrusion unit of the main rod, and a curved hooking unit formed in a shape of an arch from the central portion and disposed in parallel to the straight line hooking unit to come in contact with the protrusion unit. When the door is closed, one side of the key of the key door is engaged with a latch disposed on the main body to enable the door to be in a locked state and when the door is opened, the protrusion unit moves linearly by means of the linear movement of the main rod to allow the straight line hooking unit and the curved hooking unit of the key door to rotate.

본 발명은 풀 다운 도어용 힌지에 관한 것으로, 더욱 상세하게는 도어를 아래로 당겨서 오픈시키는 풀 다운 도어용 기구에서 도어가 닫힌 상태에서 키 도어에 의해 동력 없이 잠금 상태가 유지될 수 있는 풀 다운 도어용 힌지에 관한 것이다. 이를 위해 본 발명은 도어가 마련된 기구의 본체에 설치되는 본체 프레임; 도어에 설치되고, 일측이 본체 프레임과 연결되어 회동되는 하우징; 본체 프레임과 리벳으로 연결되고, 도어의 회동 시 리벳을 중심으로 회동되면서 하우징 내부에서 직선 이동되는 링크와, 링크와 연결되어 하우징 내부에서 직선 이동되는 링크 로드를 포함하는 링크부; 하우징 내부에서 링크 로드에 끼워지는 탄성부재; 하우징 내부에서 일측이 링크 로드와 연결되고, 타측에서 상부면의 내측으로 형성되는 홈과, 타측에서 상부와 양쪽 측면으로 돌출되게 형성되는 돌출부를 포함하는 메인 로드; 및 하우징의 타측과 리벳으로 연결되어 회동가능한 중심부와, 중심부에서 일측은 하우징 외부로 돌출되도록 형성되고 타측은 메인 로드의 홈을 따라 회동되는 키와, 중심부에서 키의 일측 방향으로 나란하게 형성되고 메인 로드의 돌출부와 맞닿도록 형성되는 직선 걸이부, 및 중심부에서 아치 형태로 직선 걸이부와 나란하게 구비되어 돌출부와 맞닿도록 형성되는 곡선 걸이부,를 포함하는 키 도어;를 포함하고, 도어 닫힘 시, 키 도어의 키의 일측은 본체에 구비되는 래치에 걸려서 도어의 잠금 상태가 되고, 도어 오픈 시, 메인 로드의 직선 이동으로 돌출부가 직선 이동되어, 키 도어의 직선 걸이부와 곡선 걸이부가 회동되는 것을 특징으로 한다.
