Conductive flooring material and its manufacturing method
The present invention relates to a conductive flooring material and a manufacturing method thereof. More specifically, according to the present invention, the flooring material is implemented using a conductive material. In particular, use of Carbon Nano Tube (CNT) increases conduction efficiency. Above all, it is possible to produce products in one pass through process simplification. In addition, the conductive flooring material is improved to significantly improve dimensional stability. The conductive flooring material of the present invention comprises: a conductive nonwoven fabric layer (100); a conductive resin coating layer (200); a conductive dimensionally stable layer (300); a conductive chip layer (400); and a surface coating layer (500).
본 발명은 전도성 바닥재 및 그 제조방법에 관한 것으로, 보다 상세하게는 전도성 물질을 이용하여 바닥재를 구현하되, 특히 CNT(Carbon Nano Tube)를 활용하여 전도효율을 높이고, 무엇보다도 공정단순화를 통해 1패스로 제품 생산이 가능하며, 치수 안정성을 현저히 향상시키도록 개선된 전도성 바닥재 및 그 제조방법에 관한 것이다.

The present invention relates to a conductive flooring material and a manufacturing method thereof.
