METHOD FOR PREPARING POLYIMIDE FILM FOR GRAPHITE SHEET AND METHOD FOR PREPARING GRAPHITE SHEET
Disclosed is a method for manufacturing a polyimide film for a graphite sheet, including the steps of: allowing a diamine monomer to react with a dianhydride monomer in a solvent to prepare a polyamic acid solution, wherein the polyamic acid solution satisfies Formula 1 and has a weight average molecular weight of 100,000-170,000 g/mol; adding a catalyst composition to the polyamic acid solution to prepare a precursor composition for a polyimide film, wherein the precursor composition satisfies Formula 2; forming the precursor composition into a film, followed by drying, to obtain a gel film; orienting the gel film; and heat treating the oriented gel film to obtain a polyimide film. Also disclosed is a method for manufacturing a graphite sheet using the polyimide film obtained by the above method.
용매 중에 디아민 단량체 및 이무수물 단량체를 반응시켜 폴리아믹산 용액을 제조하는 단계로서, 소정의 식 1을 만족하고, 폴리아믹산의 중량평균분자량은 100,000g/mol 내지 170,000g/mol인 단계; 상기 폴리아믹산 용액에 촉매 조성물을 첨가하여 폴리이미드 필름용 전구체 조성물을 제조하는 단계로서, 소정의 식 2를 만족하는 단계; 상기 전구체 조성물을 제막하고 건조하여 겔 필름을 제조하는 단계; 상기 겔 필름을 연신하는 단계; 및 상기 연신된 겔 필름을 열처리하여 폴리이미드 필름을 제조하는 단계를 포함한, 그라파이트 시트용 폴리이미드 필름 제조방법 및 이를 이용한 그라파이트 시트 제조방법이 개시된다.
