The present invention is to provide a prefabricated bathroom unit, a prefabricated bathroom unit construction method, and a prefabricated bathroom unit manufacturing method to solve the problems of bathroom construction having high complexity and variability. To this end, provided is a prefabricated bathroom unit (10) including a base part (100) disposed on the floor of a construction space (W), a side wall part (200) comprising a plurality of wall panels (210) connected to the base part (100) at one end on the side of the construction space (W), and a sealing part (300) disposed on the other end side of the side wall part (200), wherein the wall panel (210) is a single metal sheet.
