Disclosed is a caisson transfer variable rail apparatus. The caisson transfer variable rail apparatus comprises: a base unit extended in a longitudinal direction; a rail structure which is extended in the longitudinal direction on the base unit and guides a longitudinal movement of a transfer lifting device which lifts a harbor caisson; and a variable movement unit which provides driving force to move the rail assembly in a transverse direction. The caisson transfer variable rail apparatus can adjust the position of the rail.
