콘크리트의 양생 온도 관리 시스템이 개시된다. 본 발명의 일실시예에 따른 콘크리트의 양생 온도 관리 시스템은 복수의 온도 센서와 습도 센서를 통해 콘크리트의 표면 온도 및 내부 온도, 콘크리트의 습도, 콘크리트가 타설된 구역의 대기 온도, 갱폼 벽체 온도를 수집하는 데이터 수집 장치와, 저전력 광역 통신망을 통해 콘크리트가 타설된 구역의 상기 데이터 수집 장치로부터 콘크리트의 표면 온도 및 내부 온도로 특정되는 양생 온도와, 상기 구역의 대기 온도를 수신하고, 상기 양생 온도 및 대기 온도에 기초하여 상기 콘크리트의 현재 강도를 추정하며, 추정된 상기 현재 강도, 외부 소스로부터 수신한 기상 예보 정보로부터 얻은 일평균 기온 및 콘크리트의 슬럼프, 공기량, 염화물량 및 양생 온도를 포함하는 콘크리트의 물성 정보를 이용하여 시간 별로 상기 콘크리트의 예측 강도를 결정하며, 상기 예측 강도에 따라 생성된 제어 명령을 무선 통신을 통해 보양 제어 장치로 송신하는 양생 온도 관리 장치를 포함함을 특징으로 한다.
A method and an apparatus for managing the curing temperature of concrete are disclosed. According to one embodiment of the present invention, a curing temperature management method to manage the curing temperature of concrete may comprise the steps of: receiving the curing temperature of the concrete and the ambient temperature of a zone from a data collection device that collects the curing temperature of the zone in which the concrete is poured; estimating the current strength of the concrete based on the curing temperature and the ambient temperature; determining the predicted strength of the concrete by time using the current strength, weather forecast information, and physical property information of the concrete; and transmitting a control command generated according to the predicted strength to a curing control device to control the curing temperature of the concrete.
