Method and Apparatus for Controlling Curing Temperature of Concrete
A method and an apparatus for managing the curing temperature of concrete are disclosed. According to one embodiment of the present invention, a curing temperature management method to manage the curing temperature of concrete may comprise the steps of: receiving the curing temperature of the concrete and the ambient temperature of a zone from a data collection device that collects the curing temperature of the zone in which the concrete is poured; estimating the current strength of the concrete based on the curing temperature and the ambient temperature; determining the predicted strength of the concrete by time using the current strength, weather forecast information, and physical property information of the concrete; and transmitting a control command generated according to the predicted strength to a curing control device to control the curing temperature of the concrete.
콘크리트의 양생 온도 관리 방법 및 장치가 개시된다. 본 발명의 일실시예에 따른 콘크리트의 양생 온도를 관리하기 위한 양생 온도 관리 방법은 콘크리트가 타설된 구역의 양생 온도를 수집하는 데이터 수집 장치로부터 콘트리트의 양생 온도 및 상기 구역의 대기 온도를 수신하는 단계; 상기 양생 온도 및 대기 온도에 기초하여 상기 콘크리트의 현재 강도를 추정하는 단계; 상기 현재 강도, 상기 기상 예보 정보 및 상기 콘크리트의 물성 정보를 이용하여 시간 별로 상기 콘크리트의 예측 강도를 결정하는 단계; 및 상기 콘크리트의 양생 온도를 제어하기 위하여 상기 예측 강도에 따라 생성된 제어 명령을 보양 제어 장치에 송신하는 단계를 포함할 수 있다.
