The present invention relates to a cement-based composition such as cement paste, mortar, concrete, etc., which ensures conductivity by being mixed with aluminum. Provided is a cement-based conductive composition which suppresses foam expansion due to reaction of calcium hydroxide and aluminum by coating a surface of the aluminum, and minimizes the deterioration of physical properties (fluidity, compressive strength, etc.) due to the mixing of the aluminum. The present invention provides a cement-based conductive composition capable of controlling foam expansion of aluminum by mixing 20 to 25 parts by weight of aluminum pieces whose surfaces are coated with respect to 100 parts by weight of cement.
본 발명은 알루미늄이 혼입되어 전도성을 확보된 시멘트 페이스트, 모르타르, 콘크리트 등의 시멘트 기반 조성물에 관한 것으로서, 알루미늄 표면을 코팅하여 수산화칼슘과 알루미늄의 반응에 의한 발포 팽창을 억제하고, 알루미늄 혼입에 의한 물성(유동성, 압축강도 등) 저하가 최소화되는 시멘트 기반 전도성 조성물에 관한 것이다. 본 발명은 「표면이 코팅처리된 알루미늄 편(片)이 시멘트 100중량부 대비 20~25중량부 혼합되어 알루미늄의 발포 팽창이 제어되는 시멘트 기반 전도성 조성물」을 제공한다.
