REAL-TIME TENSION DETECTION AND REMOTE CONTROL DEVICE OF TRAVELING WATER SCREEN OF WATER INTAKE FACILITY
Disclosed is a rotating screen of a water intake facility. The rotating screen of the water intake facility comprises: a rotating screen unit including a foreign material filtration screen, a lower shaft connected to a lower portion of the foreign material filtration screen, and an upper shaft connected to an upper portion of the foreign material filtration screen and rotating to allow the foreign material filtration screen to rotate together with the lower shaft; a first shaft height adjustment device connected to a left side of the upper shaft and configured to lift and lower the left side of the upper shaft; a second shaft height adjustment device connected to a right side of the upper shaft and configured to lift and lower the right side of the upper shaft; a first position sensor disposed on a left side of the upper shaft to measure a change in height of the left side of the upper shaft; a second position sensor disposed on a right side of the upper shaft to measure a change in height of the right side of the upper shaft; and a control unit receiving a measurement value from the first position sensor and the second position sensor and operating the first shaft height adjustment device and the second shaft height adjustment device according to a change in height of the left and right sides of the upper shaft. Therefore, the present invention has the effect of ensuring a stable rotational operation at all times.

The rotating screen of the water intake facility comprises: a rotating screen unit including a foreign material filtration screen, a lower shaft connected to a lower portion of the foreign material filtration screen, and an upper shaft connected to an upper portion of the foreign material filtration screen and rotating to allow the foreign material filtration screen to rotate together with the lower shaft; a first shaft height adjustment device connected to a left side of the upper shaft and configured to lift and lower the left side of the upper shaft; a second shaft height adjustment device connected to a right side of the upper shaft and configured to lift and lower the right side of the upper shaft; a first position sensor disposed on a left side of the upper shaft to measure a change in height of the left side of the upper shaft; a second position sensor disposed on a right side of the upper shaft to measure a change in height of the right side of the upper shaft; and a control unit receiving a measurement value from the first position sensor and the second position sensor and operating the first shaft height adjustment device and the second shaft height adjustment device according to a change in height of the left and right sides of the upper shaft. Therefore, the present invention has the effect of ensuring a stable rotational operation at all times.
