The Waterweed remover machine and the method in under the water
The present invention relates to a technique regarding a water plant or floating matter removal apparatus including a water plant or floating matter suction means, a cutting/transfer means, a crushing compression means and a discharge means. In accordance with the present invention, the water plant or floating matter removal apparatus comprises: a suction means including a suction part having a wide inlet part and a narrow inner part to suction water plants or floating matters in the water, and a suction port installed in the narrow part of the suction part to guide water, water plants or floating matters from the outside to the narrow part of the suction part; a transfer means including a transfer cylinder having an upward slope to transfer the water plants or the floating matters gathered in the narrow part of the suction part to a crusher, a screw installed in the transfer cylinder and a pump for driving the screw; a crushing compression means comprising a crushing compressor installed in the bottom of the discharge part of the screw, including two compression rollers interlocked and rotated inward in a casing, crushing and compressing the water plants or the floating matters transferred from the discharge part of the screw while performing a dehydration process and discharging a dehydration fluid from a lower part of the casing; and a discharge means provided in the discharge part of the crushing compressor to be connected with a water tank or a transfer bag to store the water plants or the floating matters such that the water plants or the floating matters can be discharged to the outside.
본원은 수초나 부유물의 흡입수단과 절단/이송수단과 파쇄압착수단과 배출수단을 포함하여 이루어지는 수초나 부유물 제거장치 관련 기술이다. 본원 기술은 수초류나 부유물의 제거장치로, 수중의 수초나 부유물을 흡입하기 위해 입구부는 넓고 내측은 협소부로 구성되는 흡입부와 외부의 물과 수초 또는 부유물을 흡입부의 협소부 쪽으로 유인하기 위해 흡입부 협소부에 흡입구가 설치되는 흡입펌프를 포함하는 흡입수단과 흡입부의 협소부에 모이는 수초나 부유물을 파쇄기로 이송시키기 위해 상향경사면을 이루는 이송실린더와 이송실린더 내부에 설치되는 스크류와 스크류를 구동시키기 위한 펌프를 포함하는 이송수단과 스크류의 배출부 하단에 설치되는 파쇄압착기는 케이싱 내부에 2개의 압착롤러가 맞물려 내측으로 회전하며 스크류의 배출부에서 이송되는 수초나 부유물을 파쇄 및 압착하며 탈수공정을 수행하며 케이싱의 저부는 탈수액이 배출되는 구성의 파쇄압착수단과 파쇄압착기의 배출부는 수초나 부유물이 담기는 저류조 또는 이송포대와 연계되어 수초나 부유물이 외부로 배출되도록 적용되는 배출수단이 연계된 구성을 이루어서 수중에 발생하는 수초나 부유물을 제거하는 기술이다.
