The present invention relates to a non-disband beam mold, and more specifically, to a non-disband beam mold which forms a beam of a building and allows deck plates to be fixed and installed. The non-disband beam mold includes: a mold body which includes a lower plate and a side plate erected vertically from the lower plate; struts arranged at regular intervals inside the support body; fixing bars which are arranged between the beam mold body and the struts to maintain the spacing between the support body and the struts, and includes a lower bar provided on the upper surface of the lower plate, and a side bar provided on the inner surface of the side plate; and binding members for mutually connecting the struts and the fixing bars. The fixing bar includes a first extension part extending vertically from the inner surface of the support body and a second extension part bent at a right angle with respect to the first extension part. The binding member includes: a strut fixing part opened on one side to be locked in one direction and allowing the strut to be inserted through the opened side; and a bar fixing part integrally formed with the strut fixing part, having an opening formed in a direction perpendicular to the one direction to allow the second extension part to be inserted, and fixing the strut to the second extension part. The present invention provides excellent assemblability.
본 발명은 무해체 보거푸집에 대한 것으로서, 더욱 상세하게는 건축물의 보를 성형하며 데크 플레이트가 고정설치될 수 있는 무해체 보 거푸집에 있어서, 하부판과, 상기 하부판에서 수직으로 세워지는 측판을 포함하는 거푸집 본체; 상기 거푸집 본체의 내부에 일정 간격을 두고 배치되는 스트럽; 상기 거푸집 본체와 상기 스트럽 사이에 배치되어 상기 거푸집 본체와 상기 스트럽 사이의 간격을 유지하는 고정바로서, 상기 하부판의 상면에 마련되는 하부바와, 상기 측판의 내면에 마련되는 측면바로 이루어지는 고정바; 및 상기 스트럽과 고정바를 상호 결합시키기 위한 결속부재를 포함하되, 상기 고정바는 거푸집 본체의 내면과 수직하게 연장되는 제1연장부와, 상기 제1연장부에 대하여 직각으로 절곡된 제2연장부를 포함하되, 상기 결속부재는, 일방향으로 걸림결합이 가능하도록 일측이 개구되며 개구된 일측을 통하여 스트럽이 삽입될 수 있는 스트럽 고정부와, 스트럽 고정부에 일체로 형성되고, 일방향과 직각인 방향으로 제2연장부가 삽입될 수 있도록 개구가 형성되고 스트럽이 제2연장부에 위치고정되게 하는 바고정부를 포함하는 무해체 보거푸집에 대한 것이다.
