The present invention suggests a flood prevention plate, consisting of a flood prevention film fixed and installed on the ground with a soft material and a flexible structure and a cover plate connected to left and right ends of the flood prevention film to serve as a cover. A front part of the cover plate includes a buoyancy body in the flood prevention plate. The cover plate has at least two partition walls in the flood prevention plate. The flood prevention plate itself is spread on the ground without fixing parts to fix the flood prevention plate on the left and right sides, and is intended to prevent flooding.
연질의 소재 및 플렉서블한 구조로 지면에 고정, 설치되는 침수 방지막과 상기 침수 방지막의 좌, 우 끝단과 연결되어 덮개 역할을 하는 덮개판으로 이루어진 것을 특징으로 하는 침수 방지판을 제시한다. 상기 덮개판의 앞부분에는 부력체를 구성함을 특징으로 하는 침수 방지판을 제시한다. 상기 덮개판은 2개 이상의 격벽을 가지는 것을 특징으로 하는 침수 방지판을 제시한다.
