Aluminum chassis with easy-to-disconnect insulation
The present invention relates to an aluminum sash with an additional insulation member facilitating the separation of a connecting piece for preventing a crack or cut by increasing the strength of the insulation member added to an aluminum sash and, more specifically, to an aluminum sash with an additional insulation member facilitating the separation of a connecting piece, capable of quickly cutting and separating a bottom plate to separate an inner piece and an outer piece after adding the insulation member to an aluminum sash constructed in an apartment house, a general house, a building or the like. In accordance with the present invention, the aluminum sash comprises: a sash body having a space part provided in the inner center to inject urethane foam and connecting an inner piece with an outer piece through a connecting piece; a paper attached to a lower part of the space part formed inside the sash body; a partition fixed with a maintained proper distance from the space part; an insulation member made by injecting and curing the urethane foam in the space part; and a cover combined with a guide groove provided in an upper part of the space part in which the insulation member is formed.
본 발명은 알루미늄 샤시에 부가되는 단열부재의 강도를 증대시켜 균열이나 절단등을 방지하기 위한 연결편의 분리가 용이한 단열부재가 부가된 알루미늄 샤시에 관한 것으로서, 강도를 아파트나 주택 및 빌딩등에 시공되는 알루미늄 샤시에 단열부재를 부가한 다음에 내측편과 외측편을 분리하기 위하여 바닥판의 절단과 분리작업을 신속하게 행할 수 있도록 한 연결편의 분리가 용이한 단열부재가 부가된 알루미늄 샤시에 관한 것이다. 본 발명의 전체적인 구성은 내측중앙에 우레탄폼을 주입하기 위한 공간부가 마련되고 내측편과 외측편을 연결편으로 연결된 샤시 버디와; 상기 샤시 버디의 내측에 형성된 공간부의 하부에 접합되는 종이와, 상기 공간부에 적정한 간격을 유지하여 고정되는 격판과; 상기 공간부에 우레탄 폼을 주입하여 양생시킨 단열부재와, 상기 단열부재가 형성된 공간부의 상부에 마련된 안내홈에 결합되는 커버로 구성된 것이다.
