    The present invention relates to a ceramic composition which is stable and highly sensitive to water and thus can be used as a humidity sensor. The ceramic composition according to the present invention is a lithium (Li), aluminum (Al), and silicon (Si) oxide, wherein chlorine (Cl) is present on a part of an aluminum (Al) site and a silicon (Si) site of the oxide.

    본 발명은 안정적이며 물에 대해 매우 민감한 반응을 나타내어 습도센서로 사용될 수 있는 세라믹 조성물에 관한 것이다. 본 발명에 따른 세라믹 조성물은, 리튬(Li), 알루미늄(Al), 및 실리콘(Si) 산화물로, 상기 산화물의 알루미늄(Al) 사이트와 실리콘(Si) 사이트의 일부에 염소(Cl)가 존재하는 것을 특징으로 한다.
