The present invention provides a water pipe cleaning apparatus for transporting and cleaning with high-pressure water and air and a water pipe cleaning method using the same. The water pipe cleaning apparatus comprises: packing (10) provided based on a surface corresponding to a direction in which high-pressure fluid moves; a first packing fixing plate (20) to fix the packing (10); a second packing fixing plate (30) provided on both surfaces of the packing (10), wherein the packing (10) is provided on the other end thereof to fix the packing (10); a spray plate (40) provided on the front surface of the second packing fixing plate (30); a connection part (60) provided between the first packing fixing plate (20) and the second packing fixing plate (30) corresponding to each other to allow a branch point or even a 90-degree curved pipe to stably pass therethrough; and an outlet spacing plate (50) provided between the second packing fixing plate (30) and the spray plate (40) to maintain a constant discharged flow. A wireless controller adjusting the pressure and flow of high-pressure water and air on the ground to adjust cleaning strength and transport speed, and operated on the ground is provided to check locations and identify abnormality status. A method of entering and exiting by using a ground fire hydrant (400) or an underground fire hydrant (410) is included. Also, the cleaning apparatus can enter and exit by using a fire hydrant which is a previously installed public facility to provide the advantage of easy entry and exit.
본 발명은 고압의 유체가 이동하는 방향에 대응되는 면을 기준으로 팩킹(10);이 구비되고, 상기 팩킹(10)을 고정시키기 위한 팩킹 고정판1(20);이 상기 팩킹(10) 양면에 각각 구성되고, 타단에는 상기 팩킹(10)이 구비되고 상기 팩킹(10)을 고정시키기 위한 팩킹 고정판2(30);가 상기 팩킹(10) 양면에 각각 구성되고, 상기 팩킹 고정판2(30) 전면에 분사판(40);이 구비되어, 맞대응하는 상기 팩킹 고정판1(20)과 팩킹 고정판2(30) 사이에는 연결대(60);가 구비되어 안정적으로 분기점이나 90도 곡관도 통과하도록 하고, 상기 팩킹 고정판2(30)과 분사판(40) 사이에는 토출구 간격 유지판(50);이 구비되어 토출되는 유량을 일정하게 유지하고, 지상에서는 고압수와 공기의 압력과 유량을 조절하여 세척 강도 조절 및 이송 속도를 조절하고, 지상에서 운용하는 무선 컨트롤러;는 위치 확인, 이상 유무 등을 알 수 있도록 구성되며, 지상식 소화전(400) 또는 지하식 소화전(410)을 이용하여 진출입하는 방법을 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 고압수와 공기로 이송하며 세척하는 상수도관 세척장치 및 이를 이용한 상수도관 세척 방법을 제공하며, 또한, 기 설치된 공공시설인 소화전을 활용하여 세척 장치를 진출. 입할 수 있어서 진출입이 용이한 장점을 제공한다.
