The present invention provides a device for cleaning the inside of a water pipe with a brush transferred and rotated by high-pressure water and air and a method for cleaning a water pipe using the same. The device for cleaning the inside of a water pipe includes a packing (10) based on a surface corresponding to a direction in which a fluid of a high-pressure flows. The high-pressure water and air discharged through a distribution port (11) of the packing collide with a propeller (40) and rotate the propeller (40). At the same time, a direction is changed. So, the device for cleaning the inside of a water pipe can firstly clean an inner wall of the water pipe, and the brush (50) connected to the propeller (40) secondarily cleans the inner wall of the water pipe. Moreover, the device for cleaning the inside of a water pipe thirdly and fourthly cleans the water pipes at least four times or more with a brush unit (12) of the multiple packings (10). The device for cleaning the inside of a water pipe includes a lamp and a camera facing the rear to check a pipe state after cleaning and record the checked pipe state as a video. The device for cleaning the inside of a water pipe discharges foreign substances cleaned and separated from the pipe at once by activating the high-pressure water and the air once. Also, the device for cleaning the inside of a water pipe controls a flow rate and pressure of the air and the high-pressure water on the ground, thereby controlling cleaning intensity and transfer speed. A wireless controller operated on the ground is formed to enable a user to check a position and recognize abnormality. Moreover, the device for cleaning the inside of a water pipe with a brush transferred and rotated by high-pressure water and air provides easy entry and exit by entering and exiting using birds around an underground control valve which is a public facility installed in advance.
본 발명은 고압의 유체가 이동하는 방향에 대응되는 면을 기준으로 팩킹(10);이 구비되고, 상기 팩킹의 유통구(11)를 통해 토출된 고압수 및 에어로 프로펠러(40)에 충돌하며 프로펠러(40)를 회전시키면서 동시에 방향이 전환되어 상수도관 내벽을 1차로 세척시킬 수 있으며, 프로펠러(40)와 결합된 브러쉬(50)가 2차로 세척하며, 다중의 팩킹(10)의 솔(12)로 3차, 4차 세척하는 최소한 4회 이상 세척하고, 세척 이후 관 상태를 확인하고 동영상으로 기록하기 위한 램프와 카메라가 후방을 향하여 구비되고, 1회의 고압수 및 에어를 개통하여 세척 및 관에서 분리된 이물질을 한꺼번에 배출하고, 지상에서는 고압수와 에어의 압력과 유량을 조절하여 세척 강도 조절 및 이송 속도를 조절하고, 지상에서 운용하는 무선 컨트롤러;는 위치 확인, 이상 유무 등을 알 수 있도록 구성되는 것을 특징으로 하는 고압수 및 에어로 이송 및 회전하는 브러쉬로 상수도관 내부를 세척하는 장치 및 이를 이용한 상수도관 세척 방법을 제공하며, 또한, 기 설치된 공공시설인 지중식 제수벨브 부근의 새들을 활용하여 세척 장치를 진출. 입할 수 있어서 진출입이 용이한 장점을 제공한다.
