Polymer concrete road and construction method thereof
Provided is a construction method of a polymer concrete road, comprising a step of preparing a blended material by blending contact aggregate, which makes direct contact with the road surface, and a first polymer; a step of providing the blended material on the road surface to form a first polymer concrete layer; and a step of providing stress aggregate, which exerts a greater stress than the contact aggregate, and a second polymer on the first polymer concrete layer to form a second polymer concrete layer, wherein the contact aggregate has a smaller surface roughness than the stress aggregate. The construction method of a polymer concrete road of the present invention can reduce the cost and time for construction.
노면과 직접 접촉하는 컨택 골재 및 제1 폴리머를 배합하여, 배합물을 제조하는 단계, 노면 상에, 상기 배합물을 제공하여, 제1 폴리머 콘크리트 층을 형성하는 단계, 및 상기 제1 폴리머 콘크리트 층 상에, 상기 컨택 골재보다 큰 응력을 부여하는 응력 골재 및 제2 폴리머를 제공하여, 제2 폴리머 콘크리트 층을 형성하는 단계를 포함하되, 상기 컨택 골재는, 상기 응력 골재보다 표면 거칠기가 작은 것을 포함하는, 폴리머 콘크리트 도로의 시공방법이 제공된다.
