Modular unit
The present invention relates to a modular unit that enables automated production as well as productivity and precision improvement and does not require a welding process by separating a horizontal member into a beam member for supporting a load and a horizontal connector for joining vertical members. In a modular unit of the present invention, which is composed of vertical members provided to be spaced apart from each other at four corners and horizontal members connecting the upper and lower ends of adjacent vertical members, respectively, the horizontal member is composed of a beam member provided between adjacent vertical members and horizontal connectors provided at both ends of the beam member and coupled to the sides of the vertical members.
본 발명은 수평부재를 하중을 지지하는 보 부재와 수직부재 접합을 위한 수평연결구로 분리 구성함으로써, 생산성 및 정밀도 향상은 물론 자동화 생산이 가능하고 용접 공정이 불필요한 모듈러 유닛에 대한 것이다. 본 발명 모듈러 유닛은 네 모서리에 상호 이격되도록 구비되는 수직부재와 이웃하는 수직부재의 상단과 하단을 각각 연결하는 수평부재로 구성되는 모듈러 유닛에서, 상기 수평부재는 이웃하는 수직부재의 사이에 구비되는 보 부재와 상기 보 부재의 양단에 각각 구비되어 수직부재의 측면에 결합되는 수평연결구로 구성되는 것을 특징으로 한다
