An objective of the present invention is to prevent the generation of fused leftovers generated on an inner bonding surface of a window frame when the window frame is joined using thermal fusion. According to the present invention, provided is a window manufacturing method including: a frame arrangement step of arranging joint surfaces of a vertical frame and a horizontal frame of a window to face each other; a heating step of heating the joint surface by disposing a heating unit between the vertical frame and the horizontal frame; and a frame bonding step of heat-sealing the joint surfaces of the vertical frame and the horizontal frame.
본 발명은 창호의 수직프레임과 수평프레임의 접합면을 마주보도록 배치하는 프레임 배치단계, 상기 수직프레임과 상기 수평프레임 사이에 가열부를 배치하여 접합면을 가열하는 가열단계, 상기 수직프레임과 수평프레임의 접합면을 열융착시키는 프레임 결합단계를 포함하며, 상기 수직프레임과 수평프레임의 적어도 일측은 내측모서리를 형성하는 영역에 공간부를 구비하는 것을 특징으로 하는 창호 제작방법을 제공한다.
