The present invention relates to a safety cover for a bollard, which is characterized by comprising: a cover of which the lower end is formed in an opened container shape to be covered from the upper end of the bollard to be fixed; a solar cell plate which is built in the outer surface and the upper surface of the cover; an LED which is installed in a random arrangement on the outer surface of the cover; a control unit which is installed at one end of the cover to electrically connect and operate the solar cell plate and the LED; and a soft transparent outer skin which is installed to surround the entirety of the outer surface of the cover. Therefore, the present invention can be easily installed at the bollard to be replaced. Furthermore, the solar cell plate and the LED can be built therein to guarantee recognizing ability during nighttime, thereby facilitating safe walking and safe driving. The outer skin and the inner skin with elasticity are configured on the outer surface and the inner surface to buffer the shock from the outside, thereby protecting facilities such as pedestrians and solar cell plates which may collide as much as possible.
본 발명은 볼라드용 안전커버에 관한 것으로서, 하단이 개구된 통형으로 이루어져서 볼라드의 상단으로부터 씌워져서 고정되는 커버; 상기 커버의 외측면과 상면에 매입 설치되는 태양광전지판; 상기 커버의 외측면에서 임의의 배열로 설치되는 엘이디; 상기 커버의 일단에 설치되어 태양광전지판 및 엘이디를 전기적으로 연결 및 작동시키는 제어부; 및 상기 커버의 외면 전체를 감싸도록 설치되는 연질의 투명외피; 를 포함하여 이루어지는 특징이 있다. 본 발명은 볼라드에 쉽게 설치 및 교환할 수 있으며, 태양광전지판과 엘이디를 내장하여 야간에 식별력을 확보함으로써 안전보행 및 안전운행을 도모할 수 있고, 외면 및 내면에 탄성을 갖는 외피와 내피를 구성하여 외부로부터의 충격을 완충시켜서 자칫 충돌할 수 있는 보행자 등과 태양광전지판 등의 설비를 최대한 보호할 수 있는 효과를 제공한다.
