Protecting cover for lower sill of fire door
The present invention relates to a protecting cover for a lower sill of a fire door. A first sill cover and a second sill cover of the protecting cover are individually connected to the upper part of a first upper plate and the upper part of a second upper plate of a lower sill of a fire door, wherein the lower sill of the fire door is formed to be stepped around a gasket. The gasket is exposed to the outside through an opening between the first sill cover and the second sill cover. So, the protecting cover for a lower sill of a fire door does not need to be removed in fire inspection and can be remained until pre-inspection for an occupant, thereby minimizing damage to the lower sill. The protecting cover for a lower sill of a fire door is installed in the upper part of the lower sill to temporarily protect the lower sill of the fire door. The lower sill of the fire door comprises: the first upper plate; the second upper plate formed to be stepped at one end of the first upper plate; a first vertical plate connecting a rear end of the first upper plate and a front end of the second upper plate; a protrusion plate extended from one end of the first upper plate, and forming a gasket accommodation groove in the lower part; and the gasket inserted into the gasket accommodation groove. The protecting cover for a lower sill of a fire door comprises: the first sill cover connected to the upper surface of the protrusion plate and the first upper plate; and the second sill cover connected to the upper surface of the second upper plate. The opening is formed between the first sill cover and the second sill cover by being penetrated by a front end of the gasket to protrude forward.
본 발명은 가스켓을 기준으로 단차지게 구비된 방화문 하부씰의 제1상부판과 제2상부판 상부에 보양 커버의 제1씰커버와 제2씰커버를 각각 결합하되 제1, 2씰커버 사이의 개구부를 통해 가스켓이 외부로 노출되도록 함으로써, 소방 점검시 제거할 필요가 없고 입주자 사전 점검시까지 존치 가능하여 하부씰의 손상을 최소화할 수 있는 방화문 하부씰 보양 커버에 대한 것이다. 본 발명 방화문 하부씰 보양 커버는 제1상부판, 상기 제1상부판의 일단에서 하부로 단차지게 형성되는 제2상부판, 상기 제1상부판의 후단과 제2상부판의 전단을 연결하는 제1수직판, 상기 제1상부판의 일단에서 연장 형성되어 하부에 가스켓수용홈을 형성하는 돌출판 및 상기 가스켓수용홈에 삽입 설치되는 가스켓을 포함하여 구성되는 방화문 하부씰을 임시 보양하기 위해 상기 하부씰의 상부에 설치되는 것으로, 상기 제1상부판과 돌출판의 상면에 결합되는 제1씰커버; 및 상기 제2상부판의 상면에 결합되는 제2씰커버; 로 구성되어 제1씰커버와 제2씰커버의 사이에는 상기 가스켓의 전단이 관통하여 전면으로 돌출되도록 하는 개구부가 형성되는 것을 특징으로 한다.

The present invention relates to a protecting cover for a lower sill of a fire door.
