Protecting cover for lower sill of fire door
The present invention relates to a protecting cover for a lower sill of a fire door. A first cover unit and a second cover unit are individually connected to the upper part of a first upper plate and the upper part of a second upper plate of a lower sill of a fire door, wherein the lower sill of the fire door is formed to be stepped vertically. The gasket is exposed to the outside of a connection unit connecting the first cover unit and the second cover unit. So, the protecting cover for a lower sill of a fire door does not need to be removed in fire inspection and can be remained until pre-inspection for an occupant, thereby minimizing damage to the lower sill. The protecting cover for a lower sill of a fire door is installed in the upper part of the lower sill to temporarily protect the lower sill of the fire door. The lower sill of the fire door comprises: the first upper plate; the second upper plate formed to be stepped at one end of the first upper plate; a first vertical plate connecting a rear end of the first upper plate and a front end of the second upper plate; and a protrusion plate extended from one end of the first upper plate, and forming a gasket accommodation groove in the lower part. The protecting cover for a lower sill of a fire door comprises: the first cover unit covering the upper part of the protrusion plate and the first upper plate of the lower sill; the second cover unit covering the upper part of the second upper plate; and the connection unit connecting the first cover unit and the second cover unit on the front surface of the first vertical plate. A gasket is connected to the connection unit. A part or the whole of the gasket is exposed to the outside.
본 발명은 상하로 단차지게 구비되는 방화문 하부씰의 제1상부판과 제2상부판의 상부에 제1커버부와 제2커버부를 각각 결합하되, 제1커버부와 제2커버부를 연결하는 연결부의 외측으로 가스켓이 노출되도록 함으로써, 소방 점검시 제거할 필요가 없고 입주자 사전 점검시까지 존치 가능하여 하부씰의 손상을 최소화할 수 있는 방화문 하부씰 보양 커버에 대한 것이다. 본 발명은 제1상부판, 상기 제1상부판의 일단에서 하부로 단차지게 형성되는 제2상부판, 상기 제1상부판의 후단과 제2상부판의 전단을 연결하는 제1수직판 및 상기 제1상부판의 일단에서 연장 형성되어 하부에 가스켓수용홈을 형성하는 돌출판을 포함하여 구성되는 방화문 하부씰을 임시 보양하기 위해 상기 하부씰의 상부에 설치되는 것으로, 상기 하부씰의 제1상부판과 돌출판의 상부를 덮는 제1커버부, 상기 제2상부판의 상부를 덮는 제2커버부 및 상기 제1수직판의 전면에서 상기 제1커버부와 제2커버부를 연결하는 연결부로 구성되고, 상기 연결부에는 외측으로 일부 또는 전부가 노출되는 가스켓이 결합되는 것을 특징으로 한다.

The present invention relates to a protecting cover for a lower sill of a fire door. A first cover unit and a second cover unit are individually connected to the upper part of a first upper plate and the upper part of a second upper plate of a lower sill of a fire door, wherein the lower sill of the fire door is formed to be stepped vertically.
