Fixing Device for Building Exterior with Seismic Resistance
The present invention relates to a building exterior material fixing device capable of minimizing vibrations delivered from a building to an exterior material and preventing the departure of a stone material even when the building is shaking due to an earthquake, by including a vibration delivery cutoff part and an exterior material departure prevention part in the fixing device connected to an anchor bolt attached to a building to fix an exterior material such as a stone panel or the like, wherein a fixing pin and an exterior material departure prevention part are added to an exterior material fixing device coupled with an exterior material so as to minimize building vibrations delivered from a building fixing angle rack connected with an anchor bolt attached to a concrete structure of the building to the exterior material, thereby preventing the exterior material from departing or separating even when the building is shaking, which can lead to an improvement in the seismic safety of the exterior material of the building.
본 발명은 건축물에 부착된 앵커볼트(anchor bolt)와 연결되어 석재 패널 등 외장재를 건축물에 고정하는 고정장치에 진동전달 차단부와 외장재이탈 방지부를 구비하여, 지진 등으로 건축물이 흔들리는 경우에도 건축물의 진동이 외장재로 전달되는 것을 최소화하고 석재가 이탈되지 않도록 하는 건축물 외장재 고정장치에 관한 것으로, 건축물의 콘크르트 구조물에 부착된 앵커볼트에 연결된 건축물 고정앵글로부터 외장재로 전달되는 건축물 진동을 최소화할 수 있도록 외장재와 결합하는 외장재 고정장치에 고정핀 및 외장재이탈 방지부를 추가하여, 건물이 진동하는 경우에도 외장재가 탈락 또는 이탈하지 않도록 하여 건물 외장재의 내진 안전성을 향상시킨다.
