The present invention relates to an apparatus for automatically assembling a door hinge, which arranges first and second hinge plate components on a jig (600) on a circular table (100) rotating at predetermined time intervals and discharges the same after assembling springs between the first and second hinge plate components. The apparatus includes a spring assembly unit (400) equipped to assemble the springs on the first and second hinge plate components placed on the jig (600) on the circular table (100). The spring assembly unit (400) comprises a holder unit (420) that receives the springs conveyed from a vibration supply device (410) through a transfer path, two gripping units (430) that respectively grip the springs on the holder unit (420), and an actuator unit (450) that vertically moves and rotates the gripping units (430) to assemble the springs by inserting hook portions of the springs into holes formed on the first and second hinge plate components. With this configuration, the apparatus equipped with a hinge plate supply unit (200) and a hinge plate assembly unit (300) automatically performs spring assembly on the first and second hinge plate components by fixing both ends of the springs to the first and second hinge plate components, respectively, after placing the first and second hinge plate components conveyed from the vibration supply device on the jig, thus improving the efficiency of hinge assembly work and enhancing productivity for hinges.
본 발명은 미리 설정된 시간 간격으로 회전하도록 된 원형 테이블(100)에서 지그(600)에 제 1, 2 경첩판부재들을 배치하고, 제 1, 2 경첩판부재들 사이에 스프링을 장착하여 배출하도록 된 경첩 자동조립장치에 관한 것으로, 상기 원형 테이블(100)의 지그(600)에 배치된 제 1, 2 경첩판부재(1,2)들에 스프링을 조립하는 스프링조립부(400)를 구비하며, 상기 스프링조립부(400)는 진동공급장치(410)로 부터 이송로를 따라 이송된 스프링을 전달받는 홀더부(420)와, 상기 홀더부의 스프링을 각각 그리핑하는 두개의 그립부(430), 및 상기 그립부들을 상하 이동 및 회동시켜 제 1, 2 경첩판부재(1,2)에 각각 형성된 홀에 스프링 양단의 고리부분을 끼워서 스프링을 조립하도록 두개의 그립부(430)들을 작동시키는 작동부(450)를 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하여 구성됨으로써, 경첩판부재 공급부(200)와 경첩판조립부(300)를 구비하고, 진동공급장치들로 부터 이송되는 제 1, 2 경첩판부재들을 차례로 지그에 배치한 다음, 스프링조립부(400)에서 두개의 스프링들을 각각 제 1, 2 경첩판부재들에 스프링의 양측 단부를 고정하여 스프링 조립을 자동으로 수행하여 경첩 조립작업의 효율성이 향상되고, 경첩의 생산성이 향상되는 효과가 있다.
