APPARATUS AND METHOD FOR CENTRIFUGAL MOLDING CONCRETE SUPPORT AND CONCRETE SUPPORT MANUFACTURED THEREFROM
To manufacture a high-strength strut using centrifugal force caused by high-speed rotation, provided is a concrete strut centrifugal forming device comprising: a rotation body with an empty space inside; a rotation drive unit connected to the central axis of the rotation body to rotate the rotation body; a plurality of fixed cases which are installed on the inner peripheral surface of the rotation body, of which an inner upper end facing the center of the rotation body is open for concrete injection, and in which a mold for forming a strut is fixed to be arranged along the circumferential direction on the inner peripheral surface of the rotation body; and an injection unit for injecting concrete into the mold inside the fixed cases while the rotation body is rotating.
고속 회전에 의한 원심력으로 고강도의 지주대를 제조할 수 있도록, 내부에 빈 공간을 갖는 회전체, 상기 회전체 중심축에 연결되어 상기 회전체를 회전시키기 위한 회전구동부, 상기 회전체 내주면에 설치되고 회전체 중심을 향하는 내측 상단은 콘크리트 주입을 위해 개방되고 내부에는 지주대 성형을 위한 몰드가 고정되어 상기 회전체 내주면에 원주방향을 따라 배치되는 복수개의 고정케이스, 상기 회전체 회전 상태에서 상기 고정케이스 내부의 몰드로 콘크리트를 주입하기 위한 주입부를 포함하는 콘크리트 지주대 원심 성형 장치를 제공한다.
