A door outside handle for a vehicle is disclosed. According to an embodiment of the present invention, provided is a door outside handle for a vehicle that is mounted on a door outer panel of the vehicle and opens a door by actuating a handle operating cable connected to a latch mounted on the door. The door outside handle for the vehicle comprises: a handle base mounted on the door outer panel; a pivot part configured in the front between the handle base; a handle grip pivotably mounted to the handle base by a rotating part configured at the rear; and a balance weight mounted on the handle base and connected to the handle operating cable by the operation of the handle grip.

A door outside handle for a vehicle is disclosed.
