Disclosed is a door outside handle for a vehicle. According to an embodiment of the present invention, the door outside handle for a vehicle, which is a door outside handle for a vehicle for opening/closing a door by being mounted on a door outer panel of the vehicle, comprises: a handle base mounted on the door outer panel; a handle grip arranged on the outer side of the handle base and pivotably mounted on the handle base; a pivot unit arranged in front of the part between the handle base and the handle grip, and pivotably mounting the handle grip toward the handle base; and a mounting unit configured on a rear side of a part between the handle base and the handle grip, and regulating the rotation volume of the handle grip toward the handle base. Therefore, the cost can be reduced.
