According to the present invention, a safety apparatus for a blind operation rope, which is to wind the operation rope of the blind for safety, comprises: a main body (10); and a wheel (20) which can be coupled to or separated from the main body (10) and rotated by a user for winding the operation rope. The wheel (20) includes: a wheel plate (23) having a discus shape; a wheel post (22) which is vertically installed on the center on an inner side surface of the wheel plate (23), and on which the lowermost end of the operation rope hangs; and a wheel cylinder (21) which is vertically installed on an inner side surface of the wheel plate (23), and surrounds the wheel post (22), and has a cylindrical part with a C-shaped cross-section, and in which the operation rope is wound on an outer circumferential surface. The main body (10) includes: a plate-shaped main body plate (12) facing the wheel plate (23) at a distance from the wheel plate (23); and a main body cylinder (11) vertically installed on the center of an inner side surface of the main body plate (12), and inserted into an inner circumferential surface of the wheel cylinder (21). The frictional force between an outer circumferential surface of the main body cylinder (11) and an inner circumferential surface of the wheel cylinder (21) is used to prevent the operation rope from being released by the weight of the operation rope itself. Therefore, the apparatus does not include a spiral coil or a stopper for preventing the operation rope from being released.
본 발명에 따른 블라인드 작동로프용 안전장치는, 안전을 위하여 블라인드의 작동로프를 감아두기 위한 블라인드 작동로프용 안전장치에 있어서, 본체(10)와, 상기 본체(10)와 분리 및 결합이 가능하고 작동로프를 감기위해 사용자가 회전시킬 수 있는 휠(20)을 포함하여 구성되며, 상기 휠(20)은, 원반모양 부분을 구비하는 휠플레이트(23); 상기 휠플레이트(23)의 내측면 중앙에서 수직으로 입설되며, 작동로프의 최하단이 걸쳐지는 휠포스트(22); 상기 휠플레이트(23)의 내측면에서 수직으로 입설되되 상기 휠포스트(22)를 감싸면서 입설되며, 횡단면이 C자형인 원통모양 부분을 구비하고 외주면에 작용로프가 감겨지는 휠원통(21);을 포함하며, 상기 본체(10)는, 상기 휠플레이트(23)와 간격을 두고 마주하는 플레이트 형상의 본체플레이트(12); 상기 본체플레이트(12)의 내측면 중앙에서 수직으로 입설되며, 상기 휠원통(21)의 내주면에 끼워지는 본체원통(11);을 포함하며, 상기 본체원통(11)의 외주면과 상기 휠원통(21)의 내주면 사이의 마찰력에 의해 작동로프가 감겨진 후 자중에 의해 풀리는 것이 방지되며, 풀림방지를 위한 스파이럴 코일이나 스토퍼를 구비하지 않는 것을 특징으로 한다.
According to the present invention, a safety apparatus for a blind operation rope, which is to wind the operation rope of the blind for safety, comprises: a main body (10); and a wheel (20) which can be coupled to or separated from the main body (10) and rotated by a user for winding the operation rope. The wheel (20) includes: a wheel plate (23) having a discus shape; a wheel post (22) which is vertically installed on the center on an inner side surface of the wheel plate (23), and on which the lowermost end of the operation rope hangs; and a wheel cylinder (21) which is vertically installed on an inner side surface of the wheel plate (23), and surrounds the wheel post (22), and has a cylindrical part with a C-shaped cross-section, and in which the operation rope is wound on an outer circumferential surface. The main body (10) includes: a plate-shaped main body plate (12) facing the wheel plate (23) at a distance from the wheel plate (23); and a main body cylinder (11) vertically installed on the center of an inner side surface of the main body plate (12), and inserted into an inner circumferential surface of the wheel cylinder (21). The frictional force between an outer circumferential surface of the main body cylinder (11) and an inner circumferential surface of the wheel cylinder (21) is used to prevent the operation rope from being released by the weight of the operation rope itself. Therefore, the apparatus does not include a spiral coil or a stopper for preventing the operation rope from being released.
본 발명에 따른 블라인드 작동로프용 안전장치는, 안전을 위하여 블라인드의 작동로프를 감아두기 위한 블라인드 작동로프용 안전장치에 있어서, 본체(10)와, 상기 본체(10)와 분리 및 결합이 가능하고 작동로프를 감기위해 사용자가 회전시킬 수 있는 휠(20)을 포함하여 구성되며, 상기 휠(20)은, 원반모양 부분을 구비하는 휠플레이트(23); 상기 휠플레이트(23)의 내측면 중앙에서 수직으로 입설되며, 작동로프의 최하단이 걸쳐지는 휠포스트(22); 상기 휠플레이트(23)의 내측면에서 수직으로 입설되되 상기 휠포스트(22)를 감싸면서 입설되며, 횡단면이 C자형인 원통모양 부분을 구비하고 외주면에 작용로프가 감겨지는 휠원통(21);을 포함하며, 상기 본체(10)는, 상기 휠플레이트(23)와 간격을 두고 마주하는 플레이트 형상의 본체플레이트(12); 상기 본체플레이트(12)의 내측면 중앙에서 수직으로 입설되며, 상기 휠원통(21)의 내주면에 끼워지는 본체원통(11);을 포함하며, 상기 본체원통(11)의 외주면과 상기 휠원통(21)의 내주면 사이의 마찰력에 의해 작동로프가 감겨진 후 자중에 의해 풀리는 것이 방지되며, 풀림방지를 위한 스파이럴 코일이나 스토퍼를 구비하지 않는 것을 특징으로 한다.
